Jackie Faulkner, Co-Founder & President Thrive State Inc.
Creating psychologically safe workplaces is my passion but I have been told my reputation is for
being an exceptional people manager and skilled group facilitator who can transform toxic groups
into high-performing teams.
With my background as a Social Service Worker and Art Therapist, I excel at creating strong,
authentic relationships. I am deeply observant about the subtleties of relationship dynamics and use
my insights to guide others towards healthier interactions in their own lives-whether personal or
professional.
Being part of 2 family businesses I am also skilled at navigating the delicate nature of these dual
relationships and have successfully helped others to do the same.
My work has involved:
• mediating conflict conversations between family members/employees;
• coaching senior leaders to prepare for difficult conversations;
• creating HR policies and employee handbooks to align a business' values with their
operational needs;
• facilitating workshops in the areas of employee mental health, engagement, and
communication.
